CINNOX: Chrome Extension

Context

This project involved collaboration with customers primarily engaged in outbound call business. Large companies typically have their own Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. To ensure seamless operation with CINNOX, we worked together to address the scenarios specific to customer's needs.

On the website, the browser serves as the bridge between CINNOX and other CRM SaaS platforms. Through the use of extensions, it can cover most of the customer scenarios and highlight the main functions of CINNOX.

My Role

Collaborated with the product owner and another designer on the project for UX/UI design.

Delivery

Although we delivered this feature in 1.5 months, we plan to iterate through 3 phases to fully complete the core feature.

Design

Phase 1

The core feature enabled dialing out and sending SMS directly on each browser tab.

Phase 2

Detecting number increases the efficient of outbound business for agent.

Phase 3

Receiving inbound calls with visitor information enhances the clarity of contact in the call process.

Outcome

Although this project wasn't complex, I learned that I shouldn't limit myself to established journeys and possibilities within the system. Additionally, the project taught me how to plan phases based on key functions to be delivered, and how to collaborate effectively with customers, stakeholders, and developers.
